    What grants you go for depends on facilities you put in the new stand. Most obvious source is Football Stadia Improvement Fund but they'll only give a max of around 65% of the cost.

    New stand is a bit excessive

    You don't rebuild your house if the bathroom needs replacing.

    No argument that we need new toilets, so let's build some new toilets.

    Why couldn't I pull at the optrafair.

    I reckon this thread alone will fetch about £20k on e-bay. We can purchase a coffee machine and put it in the gap.

    I'll buy it and whatever's left can go on changing seat numbers to peoples names at BFC.

    I'll warn you now, a coffee machine plus admin charges is about £19.5k though
