Laser eye surgery

It's miraculous. Had mine done 5 years ago, took about an hour for both eyes. Could see well enough to drive next day. Knocked 3 shots off my handicap that year because I'd binned the vari-focals.
Highly recommended, best £3k I've spent.

 

My prescription was -7.5 and -8.5...not good for a 21 year old!

 

I've just gone from -3.75 to -4.00. Everytime l go for a contact lense check it gets worse by 0.25, l wear my contacts all the time, my glasses are about -1.25 they're that old. I'll have problems later on having no glasses, my left eye dries up quite a lot and there's the occasions where they're left in when l've been out.

Roll on old age.

 

That seems to happen to me. I'm hoping if I stop having 'em tested they'll stop getting worse.

There's probably a flaw in that theory.

 

I'm -4.5 so there not sparkling by any means. I'm terrible for leaving them in after going out on ale. They said that theres a chance that blood vessels can grow around your eye and start ro impair your vision with constant wearing of contacts.
