    Yep quite positive overall, and I didn't catch anything about loans before perms either! GIddings has definitely reported it though so it's either a misinterpretation or something taken from outside the interview.

    Thank you for posting the link.
    The more I listen to Hecky, the more I'm convinced we have a top class Head Coach. His awareness of where the club is in respect to buying & selling players, his knack of hitting the nail on the head when discussing any issue (whether folk like it or not), his love of his job when talking about his coaching hopefully improving players. This modest bloke has got the lot.

    He's also firing a shot across the bows of the board - we can't keep on selling players at this rate. At some point we have to say NO to players, their agents and other clubs.

    I agree one good season in league 2 big step up for him. Would be worth 500k just to upset the pikeys though.
