Sorry Phil but not only is that incorrect but it's a bit disrespectful too.

That's my opinion though Mario. It's not, would i have him or Nathan Doyle in my squad? Nathen Doyle and he left oakwell for Bradford then in league two.

I'm sorry your sentence structure baffles me. Are you saying you'd rather have Nathan Doyle over Luke Steele? If so, Jesus wept.

How he hell can we afford Turnbull, surely he will have been on 10k+ at Chelsea. Surely wouldnt want to drop down to 2-3k??

Of all the stuff I've read both on this site and elsewhere in the last few years, claiming that a) Bobby would only be wanted by a bottom league two club and b) Steele isn't in the top 15 keepers in The Championship is right up there with some of the biggest amounts of tosh I've had to read. Honestly the lunacy of it makes me think about my own sanity in even responding.

I know you like a wind up Phil but are you seriously saying that Doyle is a better player than Hassell?

    What a completely ridiculous statement.

Wiseman had many good games without Hassell in the side and to put Hassell's inclusion in the team down as the main factor in Wiseman's upturn in form is just disrespectful. It was his own hard work and Flicker that helped him turn his season around.

I suppose you've also conveniently forgotten about the Derby, Forest and Hull games prior to the Huddersfield game where we conceded just one goal in 270 minutes of football? I don't even think Wiseman had a bad game at Huddersfield. It was Cranie that had the 'stinker' given that his two mistakes led to their goals. But I guess that in the euphoria we shouldn't forget his poor performance and he should be criticized accordingly.

God this thread has dragged on way too long! This thread should end with... Hemsworth Tyke is an utter bell end. The end.

Personally i thought Doyle was a underrated player at oakwell. I thought he came through personal problems well and then went on to play some good games.

In under 21 posts you've managed to make more attacks that have pearced a defend more times than Zaha yet have failed to hit the target finishing on the bottom as a damp squid.

No.......keep it going for pure entertainment value.

Hemsworth Tyke has a right to communicate on this Board.........the fact that he talks absolute sh!te (and that's on the few occasions you can actually understand the post) and gets hammered by most BBS'ers is quite funny.

Has he become the BBS version of Brian the Blade?

Doyle would not stand a chance of getting into the current BFC first team squad......even in his prime.

There weren't enough good games though which is why he ended up at Bradford whereas Bobby has performed at this level for many years under five managers (six including Hart in league one) so while he may not be the most naturally talented player we've had he is doing something right and I reckon he's still got something to offer at this level.

It's not entertaining though. He does it on a daily basis! I rarely post on here, because most of the threads contain his Hassell-bashing drivel! The guy needs to get out more seriously! How can anyone that supports Barnsley hate Sir Bobby? Wtf?!

Both have played well in the past? yes
but we've got to think about the future, right?
