Lay off davey - what about the players

So why is the manager still picking those players if they cannot be arsed to get motivated? Still his reponsibility for the team. If he cant see that they are not motivated then he needs to go.

 

becuase there aint nothing to replace them with.

 

Signings, tactics, team shape/formation, strength/depth of squad, style of play are all down to the manager.
You cannot defend the indefensible.

what if tactics ect are correctly in place , but players are not good enough, but are as good as we can have, im sure he would love better players,but he cant have them, so do we moan and complain or realise what we up against,perhaps if we could get bigger crowds may be different,i know its chicken and egg situation ,

You've just described a manager's job.

 

So it has nothing at all to do with the manager,

despite him being in charge of the team, oh wait by your reckoning he is not , so therefore we dont need him, GET SHUT NOW then.

 

After signing 50 players

he should have got the right ones by now.
If these players cannot play to his tactics, then he should have got the right playersw in by now, or change the tactics to suit the players he has.
You cant just blindly stagger on hoping that eventually it will be ok.
