    I don't necessarily want him out, but what I do want is for him to accept responsibility for his poor decisions, stop blaming everyone else, play players in the proper positions, stick with a proper formation, stop changing the team on a whim and start boosting morale in the squad. Most are young, some very young and with varying degrees of learning ahead of them. Whilst I accept they are paid well to perform, they also have to follow the orders of the Gaffer, which in my opinion is the biggest problem. Grow a pair LJ, man up and recognise you also have a lot to learn about football and man management
