Absolutely spot on. I couldn't have written it better myself. Yes, there are many problems higher up, but it does not take away from the fact that LJ is proving to be not capable as manager / head coach. If we were to get rid, we would still have the same problems higher up, but we may have a manager who is better able to ride with that ***** and still progress. LJ appears not to be able to. I'd go with your 2 more games assessment if necessary, but personally, I've already seen enough to be of the opinion that in the long term, he isn't the answer. We may win the next 2 games, but it won't change that assessment for me. I'd get rid now. But that obviously ain't happening.
