Leicester fans slating / turning on Danny Drinkwater

I've been speaking with a friend who is a Leicester fan. The issue they have is Pearson is asking Drinkwater to be more attacking in a midfield fourand cover for the absence of Knockaert.

For me that wasn't his game. He kept it simple, won it, fetched it, laid it off but very rarely broke forward (other then when he won the pen v Ipswich). Butterfield was the guy who pulled the strings and Drinkwater and Perkins were the ones who allowed him to.

I'd have him back gladly, but I think it's a good call about Perkins probably attracting interest in the summer. Although if Digby can overcome his growing pains, I'd be inclined to start bringing him through.
