    Been saying for a while I should be on the board.

    As for the spreadsheet - I strongly believe in it.
    I think the owners will be extended it to cover many countries on the continent.

    But we do have a problem with that system now.
    Hecky was a major attraction for young players as he proved he could get the best from them.
    Hence Premiership clubs sending young talent Barnsley’s way.
    Morais - to my knowledge hasn’t got that reputation.

    Premier League clubs sent players on loan here way before Heckingbottom was appointed and I’m sure that they’ll continue to do so now that he has temporarily moved up the M1.

    Morais has arguably more contacts than Heckingbottom and as a coach also has a an arguably superior reputation.

    We don’t half get blinded when it comes to ‘one of our own’.
