I think most of the aid goes to protect those in the regions the Sudanese govt has been trying to 'ethnically cleanse'. If Bush hadn't gone after Saddam then he would have been able to go into Sudan like he intimated when he was trying to get re-electedand was courting the Christian vote in the US.

and they want to kill her
