Bolton certainly have the squad to get that second spot. Recovered from a bad start now and I think they'll get second.

 

I keep thinking we've got the potential to try and go up again this season, probably through the Play offs again.
Maybe the top two is beyond us, but as a few others have pointed out, we're not that far away from going for 2nd place.
I would take the chance of the Play offs again at the moment, if it were offered. But I hate the idea that we might meet Bolton again in them!!.

 

Wycombe absolutely demolishing Stockport at Edgely Park 3-0 up after 18 mins

 

Wycombe outside bet of doing something serious this season. The young lad they have up front will be scoring goals in the Champ next season or season after for a big side.

 

I thought they were very effective mate when we played them, transitioned from back to front very quickly, simple football really got at us in the wide areas

 

Wycombe currently top of the pile. 3-0 up at Stockport.

 

I think we’re only just starting to see a settled side. I love Barry Cotter for his attitude, but him being seen as our best player spoke volumes for how inconsistent the rest had been.

Young keeper finally dropped, Gent holding down the left back spot, Craig taken out from under Connells feet, Humphrys match fit and a real handful & DKD a goal threat.

I like it. They’re like a pace setter in a marathon, giving Money bags & Micky Mouse something to think about then falling away before the serious stuff starts.

 

Yeah its taken time hasn't it Fitz, but hopefully we're now seeing the potential that this coach/manager and squad maybe does have, after all!.
There's going to be mistakes and more disappointing results again of course. But at the moment I'm feeling more confident in them again, compared to a month ago.

My mate was saying on Saturday, we’re lucky that we go to the away games so we’ve seen the wins. Must be crap just going to home games. 1 win and leads thrown needlessly away, poor atmosphere etc. Deffo need to pull our socks up at home.
