    Never thought MM would happen but would be nice if it did. I wouldn't be against a lower league manager given a chance Paul Hurst and Graham Alexander would be good. As for foregn coach no thanks. Just my opinions though.

    but there was no indication that they were either, that what I mean by folks jumping to conclusions and getting annoyed/upset/dismayed/downhearted about something that they don’t even know is going to happen..... wait until things go good or bad and then react..... not like any of us get any say in what will happen anyway.....

    and I appreciate the info that redarmychris passes on, it just doesn’t affect my blood pressure.....

    It was announced on Radio Sheffield around lunchtime that Cowley had been approached, then a few minutes ago it was announced on the same station that he'd turned down the approach.

    Make no apology but if we go down the cheap and cheerful route that’s me done . Sick and tired of this small time mentality , either we’re going to compete or bring the bulldozers in and make Oakwell a Barrett estate . Oh and by the way been going since 1978 and season ticket since 1993 !

    You should offer them some advice, they clearly aren't making much of a fist of making lots of money.
    Did you hear the bit where they said they were here for the long term? That they were going to build the club gradually. That doesn't equate to spend hundreds of millions and be in the Premiership next season.
