I don't think Lloyd has been made a victim as such. However, I do believe you can have empathy towards someone even though there are other people who are worse off. None of us know the reasons he's not playing, but if it's due to injury is simply being out of favour then I can understand that must be frustrating for him. I get a couple years sick pay in my job but I'd still be gutted if I couldn't work.
It's been announced that Lloyd Isgrove will be out of action in the coming weeks, after pulling up with a groin strain incurred in the pre-match warm up before Portsmouths Under 23's game against Fulham.
Pompey fan here, shame for the lad but he's not been missed, and I doubt he'd get on the bench now even if fit. If anything, his absence has helped with the emergence of Pitman as a number 10, which has been key to our recent form.
Me too, but apparently if you say that, you hate everyone that’s struggling in this country, who’s not a footballer. It’s also Lloyd’s fault supposedly, I think.
I will always love him like a son, until the day I die for the feeling his goal gave me, just look at that face, god bless you LLOYD
He's basically not played for two years, so even if he was fit he'd need half a season to get up to speed. Such a shame for the lad indeed, he's an excellent player when fit, but it seems like you only have to fart next to him to put him out for a fortnight.
I'm sure he is on a three year deal so that means another fourteen months off sick on full pay. Tough life.
