Original London Tykes formed in 1980 I was secretary 1989-1991 YEARS Before premiership promotion.... Lived in Tarn 1976-1978 and the Reds were the first team I watched.
Back in 1980...... I think they had around 70 members. What's the current figure with regards the London Tykes?
RE: a serious answer to the original question Reading your summary, I know who the fan from Potters Bar is who choose one team from different divisions. I even travelled with him to some games. Glad he's still a Red and a Gills fan. Were you part of the London Supporters mid 80s-90, if so our paths must have crossed
I cant see why the lad has got so much abuse for asking a question If he is told one thing, until he is told the truth he will believe that. He only wanted a simple fecking answer, yet you lot give him abuse. Numpties of the highest order. Ignorant *****.
Really you can't see! I'd hardly call it abuse though.Micky taking and leg pulling certainly, but he does get a genuinedetailed answer, after a good hard yank of the ankle
I really upset myself on holiday Took Redders autobiography to read. About 20 pages in I found out he wasa L**ds United fan as a lad.
It's really got me mixed up. I'm still stuggling to come to terms with it

Depends what match
Well over60showed up for Wembley. Average home match will attract between 6 and 12.
So, over 50, but that includes WAGS and the lasses fellas/husbands.

To be fair, I don't think you can throw much weight behind who a player supports as a kid
I'll let Redders off, he loves Barnsley enough to forgive him. Its not like he's played for Leeds.

Great history lesson there I am so grateful you shared the history of the London Tykes, I can now sleep knowing this information and feel satasfied with what you have had to say. Regards
