Long gone

Kevin Long has been a smashing signing for us and I'll be sorry to see him go. If we're not bringing in a loan replacement for him, then it's up to whoever is presented with his place (Roberts or Nyatanga) to step up to the plate and grab their opportunity. They only need to look at Adam Davies in the final third of last season and George Williams last month to see how it can be done.

 

Silly date for a loan to end. Be better his loan ending straight after the Gillingham game as he doesn't have another game after anyway. Even though his loan is until then it's not like he will be training with us in the build up to the Donny game when he can't play in it. He will have already gone back surely.
