    No they should go off results and also that we can't even say we've been unlucky. If we had won one but could see we had played quite well and just not had the rub of the green that would be different.

    It is bad enough when you get downhearted over the result, or even the performance you've just witnessed, but these days I get disheartened when I see the team sheet.

    I must have been off my head to endure 87 minutes of Bloomfield Road. I should have turned round when I saw the line up, or at least 15 minutes in when it became inevitable it was going to be a long afternoon.

    It is so much 'dog-eat-dog' tonight. Steve Cooper will come with the aim of not losing and hoping to score a single goal to win the game. You can just see either Lewis Grabban, or Lyle Taylor doing exactly that, can't you. The real question will be about Schopp's ability to motivate the players into what will probably be a scrap. If he can't do it and we go down by the single goal, we have to accept that things are in quite a mess. On the other hand, coaches and teams do get turning points from which they build confidence. My biggest concern has been something in the body language of both players and manager. We seem to start brightly in most games, but then quickly lose our way and the players quickly look unfocussed and lacking passion to win, or believe that they can. This is such a contrast to last season. I would really hope that Schopp can turn it round, but tonight, especially following Saturday, has to be a turning point. There won't be many others.

    Im just listing league form.

    Regardless of the last 4 games of last season Schopp's tactics and team selections and press conferences leave a lot to be desired.
