It makes sense to have a high release clause on the manager because it simply means that if someone wants him he must be good at his job & just like a player who is playing well, that player demands a higher transfer fee , a manager is like a player , they are contracted to the club & if another club wants to buy out their contract then the fee should reflect their ability , well done BFC for looking after the clubs interests with this clause .
