My arse.

The club once again are displaying the signs of blithering incompetance in terms of marketing  / pr that is obviously systemic.</p>

People (ie customers) are worried (rightly in terms of the away leg or wrongly in terms of the home leg) that they will not get a ticket for the most important games for years.</p>

It is the clubs job to alleviate those fears.</p>

It is no surprise that out of the four playoff contenders (obviously swansea are the only real comparison in terms of timescale) that BFC have produced the most incompetant, incoherant ticketing information / plan.</p>

It makes no allowance for people whom are unable to get to (j)oakwell before the game for various reasons, no allowance for season ticket holders who wish to sit with friends / family etc etc.</p>

I have been quick to applaud the club where it has made inroads into the many problems at oakwell and I shall also be quick to criticise (as in this case) when it is deserved.</p>
