Will take time for our back 4 to get to know each other and form a settled partnership. also individually have made a few errors, that have unfortunately cost us goals. Which will happen at this level. They're probably focussing too much on what each other are doing, which takes away a bit from their individual game. Would expect once the defence is settled (which may include Lindsey and Fryers soon) and the best 4 are established, we will hopefully see them Improve collectively, and subsequently individually as well. Also the defence needs support - we are best when defending from the front, closing players down, and have a midfield that can do some graft. There's a couple, as others have pointed out, that aren't doing their individual graft. Sure Hecky will put that right, and if they can't, or aren't willing, to buy into that then we'll probably see others step into their shirt. Tomorrow is a big one. Really think if we get any kind of result it will take a bit of pressure off. Longer we go without a win, or even a point, the more tense the players will get. Who are probably already tense trying to settle at a new club, in a new town, at (for the majority) a higher level of football.
A good point Big Lil, but Angus seems to wear his heart on his sleeve. He would undoubtedly thump someone rather than attempt a sneaky trick like Shelvey.
During the game, about half way through the second half. It was just frustration boiling over but he gave it a right boot and put a hole in it.
