Csaba Lazslo was SPL manager of the year. Can't get much higher rated than that.

Lazslo only has a year left on his contract and despite rumours to the contrary, his salary is not so impressive. Compensation shouldn't be an issue.

Lazslo has form too. He used to be manager of Ferencvarosi in Hungary, but as soon as they had to tighten the purse strings, he was off. Hearts could not be in more financial trouble if they tried!

Also, despite not having permission from the Ugandan FA, he held secret talks with Hearts, eventually agreeing to join them.

He'd be great for Barnsley. Despite a poor squad, and no real strikers, Hearts were incredibly well organised last season and team spirit was palpable.

This year Hearts came back from a 4 - 0 away defeat to Dinamo Zagreb to beat them 2 - 0 in Edinburgh. Despite that away defeat, they could and probably should, have qualified for the group stages.

Just cos some of you haven't heard of him, doesn't mean he's not a good manager.

He'll be a huge success here and I think he'll be a big hero.
