    You may be correct, but

    It happens everytime a new manager comes in, they want to put their own men in place.
    I maybe wrong about this, but, Ritchie didnt do that did he? I dont think he changed that many players, could be wrong tho`.

    No Richie did,nt change much and he had some initial success. Perhaps the addition of 2 or 3 players when he was given the chance (aledgedly) may
    have just made a difference. He at least had the team playing good football, at times.

    No he didn't, but then again he'd been Hart's assistant

    so he knew the players. Mind you, he hadn't fallen out with half of them either!

    ground had a tie on ? , what is that all about ? When he then lounges arms folded leaning against the dugout sides. Professional I think not. Dignified not

    The attire a manager wears has absolutely no bearing on their ability, neither does the way they stand.
