    I’m seriously managing my own expectations. I genuinely believe Norwich will pip us to the title, even after we beat them on Saturday.:)

    Keith Hill almost had it right. He said, " set out to be Champions and work back".

    The key is not to set a target. Set markers. I disagree with those just happy to avoid the drop because I think it sells the players efforts short.

    As I eluded to earlier, merely avoiding the drop would mean grim viewing compared to what we've all (hopefully Lloyd Grossman excepted) enjoyed thus far.

    I think best mantra is always be the best you can be. Eventually everyone needs to be taken out of their comfort zone.
