    I heard the BBC are thinking of moving to Liverpool to save the police millions of pounds in traveling expenses down to London every month for crimewatch.

    Lived here for 25 years - love the place - can't imagine living anywhere else . Changed so much for the better - great place to bring kids up as well - free museums , free leisure facilities - love it

    Went for the day in 2008 while staying in Southport.

    Within a hour we'd been asked for a quid to go to the offie with, offered some rolling backie by somebody in a pub (as much as we want wink,wink), AND I was told by a barmaid that I was "Dead dead Chheeeerrrieeee" in her bestist Cilla voice (I'm always cheery when I've got a pint was my reply;)).

    It was just like being at home....loved it :D
