Re: Reasons why this thread is all wrong Well if he's an alcoholic then I don't think it's appropriate for you to go broadcasting it to everyone is it? He seems to me like a guy who likes a drink on a weekend (like most people) but the only difference being like I said he becomes a **** after. Genuinely had no idea there was any alcoholism involved
Re: Reasons why this thread is all wrong I probably didn't type that out properly. I said at the end "not after an argument mate" and I meant, I'm not after an argument. I think DT has posted a few times now that he's had problems with ale, that his doctor is helping him etc. I'm assuming then that he's referring to alcoholism. I used to post photos of red wine, or UB40's video etc, when he went off on one a couple of years ago. I thought - like you - he just had a drink and turned into a bellend on here. But aye, I then saw his posts which I took to be an admittance that he has an issue and I've remembered that whenever he's gone off on one since. I will say though that being a drinker isn't an excuse to be a bellend (not saying he is or int, I just mean folk in general). If he isn't having drink issues, I'll apologise. Gladly. I've been pissed sine 2pm Xmas Eve. So maybe I'm the drunk?
Re: Reasons why this thread is all wrong I got a can out the fridge when I got back from the football tonight and as I took the first swig I thought "I'm ******* bored of ale". I think I always get like that by Boxing Day. I'll be reight by NYE.
I can't stand the club, hope they don't win another game all season and go into a relentless decline . It won't happen but I'd love it if it did.
I don't get why people say that!!! Would they think the same had it been Wednesday/Leeds/Blades in MUFC's position at the time? I truly do HATE MUFC in fact no I don't I f"cking DESPISE them for numerous reasons -: 1) Fergie time and all the cheating who can forget Neville chopping down Liddle waist height in front of the Stretford End wasn't it nearly 10 years between United having penalties given against them at Old Trafford 2) People moaning about City/Chelsea buying the league by spending £30+ million on players United did that over a decade ago in Rio & Rooney 3) The fans 2 lads I work with 1 from Ward Green 1 from Stairfoot have season tickets they go to 4 matches a season City, Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea on a mini bus that comes from ROTHERHAM and picks them up at BIRDWELL. Incidentally these two lads both used to be regulars at Oakwell for years now they are the first to take the piss when BFC lose. After the Altrincham cup game we went back into Manchester on the tram that stopped outside Old ****ford, MUFC had been at home that day at about 8:15pm the tram filled up with 'United Fans' not 1 of the spoke English and WTF had they been doing in a empty stadium 3 hours after the game? In Manchester we went to the Weterspoons near Picadilly that had a fair number of United fans inside sat on a table near us where 6 lads all talking in a foreign accent all with bags from the United gift shop! Turned out they where Croation we only found out when 1 removed his jacket to revel a Croatia national shirt with the name Corluka on the back!! Who I think actually played for City. I'm loving the situation United find themselves in at the moment and I hope it last for a long time
I've never understood that argument. Because they signed two of our homegrown players we should like them? In that case why don't we all cheer for Everton who signed Stones, Norwich who signed Butterfield etc
BFC don't have any affinity with Man U or history . It's like saying we should have wanted Leeds to do well when Redfearn was manager there .
I'm always happy when Manure lose one if the main reasons the greed is good mantra has win out and football gas been ruined.
No interest in Man United only the super reds! Problem is we are dying on our arse with this clown in charge of team affairs
Like wishing Hartlepool well cos they had Flinders and Austin for years and now Oates, but they don't win things so you'll not be arsed about them. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I don't really like Man Utd or Chelsea but I don't think money's the main reason with either. United have had Fergie, Keane, Vidic, Rooney, Van Nistelrooy, Ronaldo, Nani & Young. All people I've disliked for a variety of reasons, attitude, behaviour (in Keane's case. Horrible bloke who shouldn't be allowed near a TV studio) & cheating. The Chelsea dislike is pretty much Terry & Mourinho. Terry's proper lowlife. The type who'd be in prison were it not for football. Glassing someone, making plane noises & laughing at crying American's on the day 9/11 happened, racism & what he did to his own team mate & wife.
I like Man U because Leeds hate them and I truly hate Leeds. Not keen on Liverpool or Man City. If I had to choose a team to win the PL this year it would be Arsenal as I love their style of Football. Apart from that I don't care. Sent from mi bloody iPhone
