    Question. Did you owe the tax? if so the revenue are right to ask for repayment. The revenue always pursue unpaid taxes... er unless you're Vodaphone and the amount is £6b... ahem.

    As for Harry, the case was whether he deliberately evaded the tax, not whether the tax was payable. If the amount falls into tax charge he will still have to pay the tax due.

    He Could actually be guilty we saw Frank Foster fooled the jury poor Carla so Harry probly can.

    in my opinion...wish i had been on the jury!

    Still if he bunged me 100k the verdict would have been not guilty!!
