The club has a duty to the fans up there to kick up a stink about it. Several hundred people had their day ruined.
I agree. They need to be demanding that people quite clearly identifable on TV footage are brought to account; and they need to be telling Wembley/ The Football League or whoever made the ridiculous decision to put fans s close together when it wasn't necessary, that it is not acceptable.
44 year old woman cautioned For assaulting a police officer and racial abuse or something. WTF I take it the assault happened outside the ground, coz there were no coppers about in the ground until it was almost over
Re: 44 year old woman cautioned Looks like the outside ground incidents were drunken incidents, isolated and separate. The inside the ground ones I'm more interested in understanding are the football league investigating the Bradford trouble with Millwall?
Respect is earned. You've certainly earned mine over the last year Ben. Come in No 7 before a game next season. You'll not be able to move for folk buying you one of the best beers on the planet. Brewed right here in our town. And you'll be able to watch football the only way it should be viewed - drunk. Then in to Ponty, and if you can hold your own in there - more respect. Afterwards we go in to town, drink it dry and dance until 4 in the morning. We all know you're destined for bigger things. We all know where your ambitions lie, and that one day, probably sooner rather than later, you'll be poached by a Premier League club. Best of luck to you. You deserve it, you've done us proud. Before you go, come and have one of the best nights in the world. You'll regret it for the rest of your life if you don't.
Very specifically what behaviours should be investigated - and who should do the investigating - and importantly on whose behalf would any investigation be done?
Two of them were given a caution for racial abuse/assaulting a police officer. Good deterrent that then
Well he now has a promotion on his CV to negate the relegation. I haven't been paying attention, where's he going again?
