at least one cameraman at all home and away matches plus malta matches abroad!!!
a large pitchside banner in a prime posistion

if I was thinking about doing something similar, how do I go about it?

How he can afford to have a website, presumably pay for office space at oakwell (presumably), pay for an advertising board at oakwell, pay for professional photographers to take promotional pictures of the barnsley kits etc, pay for travel to all barnsley games, pay for professional photographers take dozens of photographs of championship games and even internationals in malta. Pay for the rights to publish those photos on the internet. Pay for the rights for fixtures to be placed on his website. Pay for access to the press office for his live text commentary features at all barnsley games and an international match, presumably pay for the rights to publish these on the internet during games?

And all from a totally independent website without any advertising revenue?

That one was a mysterious win wasnt it

I loved how the story on who was funding afc changed at least 3 times and how one of the other 'founders' told me a fourth altogether more believable story

 

RE: Barnsley property and living was **** as well.

Also upset half the towns estate agents by trying to get them to pull their adverts out of the Chronicle and go in his crappy effort! The majority told him where to shove it!!
