    it shouldn't be a huge surprise. players and agents will finally be starting to take notice. the form in 2013 was exceptional under any conditions - but given our completely broken spirit, league position and injuries - nothing short of miraculous. add to that, watkins and mansford. then finally, anyone who sits in front of flicker and listens to him speak for just 5 minutes - just to top it all off. new era.

    A real leader of men is flicker. Somebody you would want in the trenches with you. That comes across in spades, how could anyone not want to be a part of that?
