I had a great 'match day experience'. Went to my dad's and had a warm Percy Turners with mushy peas, chips and gravy so I wouldn't have to buy food at the ground. Drove into town with my son and parked at pinder oaks street were there is stacks of room. Walked down to ground and watched Barnsley win and then drove home.
It's a football match, not Glastonbury. If you like a drink before there's stacks of decent pubs in Town.
Oh and I like that Top Gun theme as well!

Club would save a fortune if they sold the PA system off. Would be much easier too if they closed the refreshment stalls down, maintenance bills would be lower if they removed the roofs from stands.
In fact it would be a lot more easier if they relocated us to a field in the middle of nowhere where we could all stand in the mud and watch the game. It obviously wouldn't impact the matchday experience at all as the only thing that matters is the ball getting kicked around the pitch.

I might give Cineworld a call and get them to save some cash on the new cinema fit out. No need for comfy clean chairs, people can just sit on the steps. No need to waste money on fancy sound systems, lighting or painting the place to look nice. As long as there's a big telly in front showing the new top gear it doesn't matter about owt else.
