Perhaps so, but you could argue Wrexham didn't really deserve to win.

Exactly this. The one player that's actually looked a cut above sits on the bench game after game. Whilst half of the team miss their team mate from 10 yards away

I genuinely think our players have been bribed to lose in the last minute here. There's no other reason why they'd let their player run unchallenged for 30 yards at the end of the game. Someone make it make sense otherwise please.

Won’t be anywhere near top six. Not many good enough performances. Think we’ll be lucky to finish 10th. I fancied us to nab summet against Birmingham Saturday before seeing our lacklustre attacking performances against Cambridge, Wigan, Bristol Rovers and tonight but doubt it now. Next win will be Crawley in Jan.

Don't want him gone it's the boards fault FFS but if they do want to do sumat right and give so many seats free entry to Oakwell because they aren't worth paying to watch.

    Bookings again tonight.
    Brum on Saturday.
    Hopelessly out of form.
    Low on confidence.
    Wafer thin matchday squad.
A full-on festive fixture list imminent.

    Don't want to be a doom merchant, so can I say .......... it's going a bit pear-shaped?

Jalo and Nwakali need to start. Drop Phillips too.

One pass two men from edge of their box to the edge of ours and not one person engaged.

Russell as the closest midfielder should have been busting a gut to get back and as usual he’s ambling back as though he’s running through treacle.

Pines not sure whether to come or go - and in the end left it too late to do either. Free hit from just outside the box. Diabolical.

Another 90 minutes without a goal and barely a shot in anger. Russell with a cracking chance from a header - which he didn’t even get his head on.

    Absolutely laughably shi.te.

Don't think another sacking is the answer. More cost, more upheaval, start the cycle again.

I'd add Jalo to that comment.

Both have shown to do more than the players they replace in most games, yet DC goes right back to his favorites the next game. So frustrating.

I'm not saying either two are the answer, but you have to try something different, if nothing is changing.

Five games without a win now, and the rest of the year looks challenging.

Too many issues to sort in this team.
We may as well all prepare ourselves to not challenge for the play offs, and have a season of transition. What into I've no idea.

But, I've often wondered if we could end up with a mediocre manager that is neither poached or sacked, and a team that can start a season on track. Rather than taking half the season to get going.

Maybe this is that season for once....

I dunno. But it isn't good enough for top six by a long stretch.

I disagree, set back today, but we've played well and created a **** load of chances in last few games. Its clinical finishing we are lacking, alongside lapses in concentration i.e that goal conceded today. Our performances have been good lately, Clarke can only get us playing well, he can't get us to score or not make errors. The one criticism I do have is poor timing with substitutions

Frustrating defeat, Wrexham are no world beaters but went for it until the end whereas Clarke seemed happy with a point with 10 minutes to go and we all know how that ends. We desperately need DKD, Phillips and Humpfrys to start having a regular impact.

This club on a whole is on the slippery slope to League 2 if I’m honest, everything about us just screams league 2. On & off the pitch. We are so unprofessional & badly run it’s unbelievable. Unless something miraculous happens like an investor pumping some money in or a takeover then give it a couple of seasons & we’ll be in league 2. Of course the state of football on a wider scale doesn’t help us one bit. Crowds are dwindling, it’ll be interesting to see how they deal with the early bird season ticket offers next year.

We dont have a winning mentality as a club. We try to sign just enough to challenge around 5-6 but not to win a title. We play for draws and contrive to lose. We say we will have players run through walls and they dont have enough energy to even reach the wall. Our leadership is leaderless. I dont mind losing going down with a fight but we meander our way to defeats.

Will luca Connell make it to Christmas before he gets a 2 match suspension for rocking up 10 yellow cards?

Midfield none existent, Dunn may as well have been sat on the sofa with me. Jalo must now be in contention for Saturday, if not then serious questions must be asked regarding Clarke’s judgment.

I thought Connell miles out of position to left of Russell, he supposed to be holding midfielder int he?.....as much to blame as anyone there he was
