It is according to the new rules. Its why you see full backs trying to block crosses with arms behind backs like Liam Gallagher

Would you say that's a natural run?

A fraud? How? He came from second tier of USA. A fraud would be someone with a big reputation failing. Which Collins isn't.

Forget the penalty. Poor decisions happen. I'm more concerned that we've had 1 attempt on goal in the first half. Call Watters all you want, Cole too, but if the midfield and wide players don't feed them they'll not score. I don't think Benson and Kane in the same team works.

Sorry mate you're wrong, the Orient team have just reviewed it in slow motion at half time, the ball hits the knee and bounces up onto the arm... they think it was harsh.

It’s natural to him, obviously, he’s also trying to get into a position to block. BTW I didn’t know there was an accepted natural way to run

Yeah, sounds like O'Keeffe wasn't having a great game and has rightly been swapped for Cotter.

You're right, we should be running away with the league, like Bolton and Wigan....

The guy shooting also has his arm out in the bottom photo. As 100% of players in the evidence being presented have their arms out whilst running, I'd have to conclude that it probably is.

Given the way he was running and the position of his body, it really wasn’t, he has to ballance himself

Can't believe after that first half we've only changed one player

I think it was harsh too, for exactly the reasons they said (they never mentioned it hitting his knee), because he was so close to the ball and it was fired straight into his arm.
