Are you suprised? I've been far from impressed by Collins so far this season.

Obviously I have yes like basically 100% of us have. I'm giving my opinion on why the referee has given a penalty based on the position of his arms which the referee has judged to be an unnatural position and I can guarantee VAR would agree with it too whether common sense says it shouldn't be is a different matter

I don't rate mccart at all but you need your arms to run.

I'd urge everyone to just quickly Google the handball rule - it'll save 20 pages of discussion about what is and what isn't natural.

Defenders now block crosses/shots with arms behind backs to avoid giving away fouls. It's daft and actually less "natural", but that's the game these days I'm afraid.

Yes to be honest because previously he's made a few changes. Not always for the better but he's usually made more a couple

If you look at the second of St's pictures the ball is almost on the knee and low, the third picture shows how it's bounced upwards to hit the arm.

If the Wednesday fan was in charge of VAR he'd have given offside to Leyton Orient or something

Totally agree and as for Benson I'm guessing we'll see the best of him when his very nice 4yr contract is coming to an end.
