    Disagree. He wasn't great by any stretch but he was workmanlike and was part of us bossing that second half and being on the ascendency. We don't always need to be so critical of our own players.

    The fact you've said Halme would be a better option suggests you just really, really dislike Benson. Already mentioned the Cole sub - that will be another player so essentially ruled out here.

    I don't doubt that he's developed as a coach since then. I just didn't enjoy watching his Barnsley FC. I preferred Davey before him, and Hill after him, and that's saying something.

    Benson came off at half time, after a display that was utter toss. After that Quina scored a worldie in the second half. If Benson is a Championship midfielder I am the ******* son of Darren Sheridan.

    Someone have a word with these Coventry commentators.

    I'm paraphrasing, but they just said Styes 'isn't a natural left sided player and can't play LWB. He can play RWB though and normally plays there, so will be interesting to see how he does'

    He didn't come off at half time though did he? Is it not a positive he was part of a team more than containing QPR for 70 minutes?

    That's what he's gone for. Wouldn't have been my choice due to how poor and uninterested Quina has looked. Maybe that's a sign of some immagination?

    Were awful 0 shots on goal struggle to put passes together Coventry well on top. Faking inquiry to time waste were embarrassing.

    What other sub would you have made?

    Brittain had to come off and Williams is our only RWB in the squad really. Moon to CB and Williams to RWB make sense to me?

    You are right. I don't like slagging players off. Very few have had a good season this year. Benson though just does not deserve a start though for me. Some time in the under 23s & getting his head together. He would have been a player to loan out to L1 & get Kane back TBH.
