Yeah some people are very narrow in their views. Everything is black or white and football like life isn’t like that.

 

Oh I agree that home form has been poor. But away form is outstanding. He has to take credit for that doesn't he?

And I don't think you can just take away a purple patch? He's our main striker. Collins coaches him every day. He picks him and sets up the system to create for him. That's surely good?

 

It's just as others have said mate, it happens. Just one of those days. Unbelievably spirited performance from the under dogs, as we have been many a time. It's an extremely poor and agitating result but Collins & the players need to make it right and give them a proper performance in the replay.

A day their fans will remember for the rest of their lives though, as we remember Liverpool & Chelsea, so a silver lining perhaps - especially after many of their players families & fans not being able to make it etc due to it being on a friday night. Even so, we've given them their nice day out, let's go out and batter 'em 5-0 in the reverse fixture!

Not saying you don't have the right to have your account deleted but I just don't understand people's inability to just not visit websites where they don't want to be.

 

I do agree with you on this mate, although I will say I think the majority of us on here were excited for Cosgrove. For some reason it hasn't worked out yet, maybe it will, maybe not. Doesn't help himself getting sent off for being daft etc, but realistically he & Cole should be first name on team sheets up top. Hopefully Stead is working with him and he'll improve for us

I respect your opinion but the person who got Devante focused and firing is in Swansea’s dug out not ours. Collins is benefitting from that. Main plus point I’m terms of player development is Russell playing better than he did under last season.

System seems to harm our forwards rather than help them. Cole rarely gets the chance to run in behind. In him and Watters we have incredibly fast players but we play some slowly we stint exploit this.

Away form is good but let’s be honest we haven’t really beaten anyone good home or away and have been quite easily beaten by all the good teams we have played.

As I said no one should be reaching for the trigger yet it’s far too early and there have been promising performances particularly against Shrewsbury where we moved the ball quickly and with intent.

He's very disappointed and said despite Horshams lack of attacks/shots and decent heroic defending, he's happy they got a replay they probably deserve.
