It is and the other 3 teams at the top have to play each other so will drop points all to play for. Not a bad result last night tbh not sure why some are in melt down
Some people on here melt down so easily when we lose a lead they must be incredibly irritating to be around if they are like that in all aspects of their lives.
Loads we've a chance of going on a decent little run us with some of games coming up,if we won't have been 2.0up a wunt av been so pissed off but to beat derby'choirboys away and a draw against the trotteres it was a very good return.
Just disappointed to throw away a 2-0 lead in the manner we did. Hopefully it’s a learning experience, & we do better at seeing out games. One things for sure though, we need to stop conceding. Clean sheets win games.
Felt like a loss after 2-0 up. It’s a shame to draw but before the game when asking the usual folk I see, all agreed a draw would’ve been taken before the game. I think that’s our strongest team and I can only seeing us get stronger within the final 10/11 games. Keep the faith and the good attendances and we’ll be in that top 2 come the end of April imo…YOU REDS!
Whereas it didn’t for me. It felt as much like a point gained, based on the last 40 minutes of the game. It’s not like we dominated the second half and they snatched a last gasp equaliser.
And the 50 minutes prior was all us, if I recall rightly they only had the chance cleared off the line by Williams while we had multiple chances and half chances. Im not being doom and gloom, just felt deflated going home with 1 point rather than 3 imo. Roberts was fantastic, as he has been in multiple other games this year.
Dominating doesn’t matter, it’s when you get the 2 decisions against you in the 97th minute that we did that cost us the win it’s quite galling.
I disagree. If that was one of our away performances, I dare bet people would be saying we were the better team and should have won. We invited constant pressure for 50 minutes. This is what can happen when you do that.
Such a frustrating result. I'd hoped we could've kicked on after going 2-0 up. Sadly, we sat back and invited Bolton pressure. I thought it best not to post straight after the match, as I'd have probably said something totally puerile, blaming anyone and everyone for the scoreline, stupidly believing I knew best on how to put right the wrongs I perceived to be present. In other words, blaming it on the coach or players I don't rate. On reflection, I think a draw was fair and Roberts was our MOTM. Anyway, the games come thick and fast now. Bolton needs to be put to bed and we focus on Lincoln.
If we’d gone 2-0 down and then drawn we’d have been ecstatic. I think most of us thought a point before the game would be a decent result.
