It is when he doesn't make them change he's had them for 6 months now they should play how he wants them to play and he should know their limitations and not ask them to do something they aren't capable of. If he didn't want them to play like they were why wasn't he in the technical area telling them in no uncertain terms he didn't want them playing like that and why no change after half time either they were playing to his orders or ignoring them neither is no good for the club.

Fair points, however, if they aren't capable of passing 5 yards or picking up at set plays, we're well and truly knackered

CF - Humphrys an old fashioned inside forward being asked to play as a striker

I'll reiterate once more, the head coach can only p*ss with the pr*ck he was born with.

You forgot the coach was probably 3rd,4th choice also
