    I have serious concerns about the leadership here. We don't look like a professional setup in anyway. It's literally disintegrating.

    Some of the comments around where I’m sat are just surreal. The corner flags are literally horizontal. The worst conditions I remember seeing, and people screaming at players and DC like absolute maniacs. Need to seriously chill the fck out.

    Who in this squad would you build a team around.

    I can’t think of one player who I would say is a quality League 1 player.

    It’s pretty tragic.

    I can name a fair sized list of players that are nowhere near good enough, even for this league.

    I don’t see how we can have worse players than L.O, it’s a lack of effort made worse by tactical ineptitude from the coaches. Couple more goals for them second half and he might be getting a P44 from Santa.

    yep we had 10 men in the box for all the corners to their 7 - so 3 spare men yet nobody on posts and free headers. Awful

    Same for both teams, they look fairly comfortable with it, only challenge has been goal kicks as far as I can tell for them.

    Craig wasn't brilliant but was twice the player Russell was.

    We're just very very bad at football.

    Not sure how many players from Orient have played at Oakwell before but they look like they understand the pitch and conditions.

    Seriously terrible.

    Imho....Firstly well done Orient they have played the conditions much better than us.
    Next.....that really was an awful, awful display.
    We look like a pub team..passing, application ...well just everything.
    It will be interesting to see how we do corners this half....but I'm not getting my hopes up.
    Killip...terrible
    Gent a tryer but all at sea.(actually like him).
    No strike force (Humphries looks laboured) Dunn struggling....nothing in midfield and defence well just scares me!
    Hoping to see some major improvement 2nd half but I won't hold my breath.
    TERRIBLE performance.

    For me the blame lies firmly and squarely with the board and recruitment team.
    We knew we were weak In the goalkeeping dept and look what we brought in!
    We were and still are weak in all departments going forward, lacking pace , variety to give the option to change things. Above all we needed a proven striker and again look what we got, a non striking strike force.
    The best manager in the world would be struggling to come up with an answer!
