Quite likely there is something in the agreement that we play him if fit or not much incentive for him to come
because although he makes some good saves he dithers too much on balls in and crosses and doesn’t command his area?
Humphrey really has trouble holding onto the ball. I also wonder if he had 90 minutes in him. Fingers crossed.
Slow ponderous play, Humphrys and Co getting caught on there heels time and time again. Play it to a wing.back then a long ball... *****
It is Clarke's decision, he explains it in this article from the Chron. https://www.barnsleychronicle.com/article/30921/first-choice-gauci-knows-he-has-to-prove-himself
Mmm….I think he’s come on leaps and bounds in recent games and has been the difference between us getting some right tankings, even accepting our defensive Coach appears to be Professor Stephen Hawking. Not sure what it does for the players confidence either.
I'm beginning to wonder weather it's recruits or poor coaching because we're awful at the simple stuff that u15s can do
fair point but it’s not long since that fans were clamouring for a new keeper, and as tensions build re results maybe they wanted to get him out of the firing line for a bit.
So far so bad. Playing like they've never trained together. DKD with as bad a display of decision making as you'll ever likely see. What's happened to them?
