No excuses today mate. We were really awful. No leaders, no guile, just a team going through the motions. Unacceptable really.

So disappointing really, after the run of wins as well.
I was thinking this is where the season really starts for us now (especially at home), as the potential is there etc!.
    But since then..

If we lose at Wycombe, the run of wins will be all but reversed. I’m always hopeful away though. Today didn’t surprise me at all. I just regret bothering to attend.

Three of the four teams just below us have a game in hand, which if they win, will leapfrog us, and knock us out of the promotion places.

Plenty of twists and turns to come we just need to concentrate on offloading certain players to let us bring better ones in but no doubt it will be last minute panic.

Stevenage have one of the best defensive records in the league. Very hard to break down so with our woeful powderpuff forward line it was always going to be a struggle. Add in us gifting at least a goal in every game it’s not that surprising really.

Disappointing that we have players in Phillips and DKD that can find a yard of space and get you a goal, but neither was at the races today. We just kept going sideways and never upped the tempo of our passing.

Gent did manage our only shot on target, a deflected one which wrong footed the keeper, but he still got a hand to it.

They were one of those in your face types of team and too many of ours didn’t fancy it. We have better players without a doubt but as a team working and fighting for each other they were on a different planet.

Done well this season have the Thunder. It helped them beat Sixers that Sixers had three players missing due to the Australia tour of Sri Lanka and it's helped Thunder having Big Davey Warner all season. Billings behind the stumps loves a chat too. It made me laugh the other day when the score was 86/2 and he's shouting 90 for 4 boys 90 for 4 :D The commentators loved it. It would be nice for Tazmania to win it at long last at the 14th time of trying.

We should maybe get a nice purple kit like the Stevenage away top or Hobart Hurricanes.

I usually go for the underdog, except when they’re playing my team.
