Leave it out. Supporters putting in their money and time to go to away games do not deserve criticism.

So they have been all playing together for a while and know how each other play, some might say they have gelled as a team?

You can't talk about committing to youth and homegrown players, when you leave a striker on the bench when chasing the game, and putting a defender up front. This is what infuriates me about DC and his merry band of coaches.

Sucks for him to get no service on his debut..... not much chance to shine...

I didn't watch this one, but if Clarke is overly changing things at this stage in his tenure, trying players out of position etc it looks like panic/desperation to me. Not encouraging at all if that's the case as it implies he doesn't know what to do. As I said though I didn't watch - just reading comments.

Russell's playing further up field shouldn't lose a header one ball and no one else challenge then one ball and there man's one on one.

Whilst I haven't been for a while, I always made the effort to watch.

Today I didn't even do that. Went to Estabulo and filled my face with steak and stuff.

Sounds like more of the same and I made the right choice.

I think if I'd have watched it, based on this thread I'd have wished I did something else. For me to even chalk it off to watch it, is on another level to be honest. I'm not sure how low we will end up, but it needs to pick up. And sharpish

Board to blame for turning a guaranteed play off squad into a lifeless mediocre squad.
Manager to blame for appalling tactics and selections/ subs.
Players to blame for terrible choices.
DGV still apparently unable to take a throw in. Pines unable to follow the basics of not letting a ball bounce if you can get to it. Earl passing to opponents at every opportunity. Russell finding the keeper twice when it was easier to score.

    What a mess.

No idea, but surely he's worth a go, otherwise don't bother getting his hopes up by putting him on the bench.

No idea but if I was Dyer I would be pissed off that he fetched on a LWB to play up front whilst he sat on bench

Young players all start on the bench and have to bide their time...no good screaming for him if we don't know wether he's ready.

    Isn't he 20?

So if he isn't ready now, I'm not sure he will ever be

Disagree. If you're putting them on the bench, you're saying they're ready to play if needed.

Unfortunately have to agree there. The manager obviously doesn't rate him enough. It's another player that is just wasting away and will more than likely just be released. What's the point.
