"It's like the lower teams have nothing to lose and everything to gain which puts unnecessary pressure on the top teams."

Absolutely hilarious! How rude of us to put unnecessary pressure on top teams like Millwall...

I hope the cocky cockneys are despatched by Bradford, who in my view are a better side.

Mawson has adjusted his game slightly since the start of the season. If he thought the ball was going out of play or running through to the keeper etc. he used to jog in the general direction of the ball. If he'd slightly misjudged it, he'd then have to make a sprint to try and retrieve the situation. This caused us problems on a number of occasions. He now sprints initially and then eases down if his initial assessment was right. No more panic sprints any more.

He's a very composed player and I like what he does a lot. Hope he stays with us for a few seasons and continues to develop, he could be a top player eventually.

Wouldn't argue with any of them, but they were before De Zeeuw......

Looks every inch the L1 John Stones, but with added ability to defend.

This centre half pairing is absolutely immense and one of the most solid I can remember. Barnsley haven't usually done solid defences and clean sheets in my time of watching them but we look good, hard to score past us at the moment.

Alfie is a class act on and off the pitch, and I hope we can enjoy him for a couple of years yet but if he keeps improving as he has, he'll be off to the Premier League before he's 25.

Reading that WSB article on him and 'Little Alfie' had me welling up, and it was great to see him walking onto the pitch, grinning with Big Alf yesterday. And the story about him saving Pat's skin with some Cola when he was having a diabetic turn! Going back to the Flickerism, we really do seem to have a group of 'special human beings' who realise they're privileged and are willing to get stuck in with the supporters and do their bit. Ironically, this is opposite to Flickers bunch, Mellis and the like, who wanted to be treated like Lords and saw the community stuff as degrading and something they shouldn't have to do.

I hope we can keep this group of lads together whatever happens for that reason.
