    #. Poor signings, in fact cant think of one that has done their job to an acceptable level
    #. Negative tactics
    #. Not able to instil heart and soul into his team ie. weak motivational skills
    #. Persistent selection of the worst left back i have seen at the Club for many, many years

    Thats why he takes a large % of the blame, for me, whether you agree or not, thats fine.

    The financial reality means that we have to pick up players who aren't where we need them to be. So they are either unfit or out of favour or both. It takes time, too much time, to get them owt like.

    Sadly, the summer was wasted with a clown who didn't know his arsehole from his elbow after saving us last season.

    Also re Kennedy, where are the other options? There are none.

    Can't see any point in carrying on. Sack him and give the next man three months
