    I know for a fact that we have enquired about signing McBurnie permanently in January but that two other 'bigger' clubs have made the same enquiry.

    There's always the chance that we'll pull it off but I'd say that this is probably 60/40 against happening.

    I think this one is dead in the water unless Swansea make some signings. Personally think we should move on. We can’t really wait a month to see what pans out.

    I think McBurnie would have been what we needed. Hence Hecky trying to sign him. Times move on. I'm hoping we can have someone who can say "boo" to a goose up front, even if that means giving Brown a run out. Ugbo needs to go to L1. I've not given up hope on Thiam, but he just doesn't get Championship football at the minute. There's a decent player in there.
