Just watched that podcast with him; really interesting to see a chap that's very thoughtful about his game, and maybe too self-critical. Seems to be the sort of player who needs praise and encouragement from the coaches and manager when things aren't going too well. I hope he does well at Portsmouth and comes back to us with greater confidence and less self-doubt.
