    It's like watching an international match without the international quality, without Harry Kane showing up to save everyone's bacon.
    Possession-based & slow. We want to see a bit of passion and risk-taking. Mix it up a bit. People pay their money for a bit of excitement on Saturday, win or lose.

    I think imho we need to quicken our play up...like a lot. We are very laborious in possession and need to worry the opposition more. Blackpool were an above average decent side but were good 1s t half anyway at pressing the hell out of us.
    Thought Styles and Kane were ok but lots of players just not reaching the standards today.

    Last time we got promoted from this division we went the entire season unbeaten at home.

    This season we won't go a month unbeaten.

    Bitterly disappointing performance. Slow, ponderous, easy to defend against. I'm sulking after that, so I'll have the odd glass of, err, tap water.
    On to Cambridge on Tuesday night.

    Very poor. First hall team selection baffling. Hoped for a point after a better second half but not to be.

    I'm deflated after today's performance and result. However, it won't last and I'm certainly not going to go OTT with my criticism, nor resort to any knee jerk reaction.

    Play in beige tickled me :D would go nicely with off white shorts and cream socks.
    To be fair they showed a bit of character second half but lacked any real quality.

    Truly believe that the away defence of any visiting team could catch the ball with both hands in the box and give it to the goalie and the ref would say

    We did miss three pretty decent chances though. However, it’s definitely frustrating to watch.

    Another poor first half where we seemed to be out ran and out played.

    Second half was a bit better but still didn’t really test the goalie. McAtee should’ve scored and Watters should’ve connected better too. Be interesting to see the highlights of the handball block too.

    Doesn't help when the manager is clueless, turns good players last season into shadows of themselves. Good job for him Roberts has been in good form or he would be on very thin ice now.
