They’ve played the same number of games and have 3 more points with a much better goal difference. Even If we match all their results and beat them at Oakwell they’d still likely be above on goal difference. The only chance of autos now is for two of the three teams above to drop enough points to be able to catch them and I can’t see it happening.
of course it can happen. it's football. that kind of stuff happens all the time. 9 matches to go. other teams will drop points.
There's three of us in media, I'm in charge these days. But to cut a long story short, during COVID I took it upon myself to learn Photoshop and graphic design elements, to pass the hours back then. Fast forward a year and our graphics guy left and we went to an external fella. On a retainer. And I kept receiving his work (late) and thinking "this is no better than what I could do" and so I binned him, saved us cash, and I've done them since. So during a 90 minute match, I oversee everything and just look after the graphics. So I get to shout at the officials a lot, in between. Or tonight, mutter in frustration at an opportunity missed.
What a day, just got back had to av a couple of Costa breaks, think that's mi last evening game away, drivings gerrin worse, Anyhow, the Game, poor start, not reight good middle an a dire ending, that sums it up for me, Wife reight enjoyed the day, the banter, and the day art so i'm happy cos Christine's happy. Not going Satdi, so enjoy the day, we'll bounce back, good neight.
that’s generally how it works mate - we need to get more points than them to go above them in the table I don’t think the teams about us will win all their games, but if they do, good luck to them, they will deserve automatic table will look very different after Easter, there’s a lot of points to play for. Keep the faith!
Pointy end of the season, sorts the men out from the boys including us the supporters Every chance of going up automatically and when that’s not possible by the play offs COYR
We wer in Hotel when they lost to Hull, we spent all weekend mopping their Tears up, it was heartwrenching watching Massive men crying, Usually not come true, cos we'll be playing, whoever.
Disappointing but never mind, win on saturday and a few other results go our way and we're back in the hunt.
Exeter, Lincoln, Ipswich and Peterborough were the games I had us down to drop points in. We're still in for a good end to the season. I reckon we'll win on Saturday. The other year we lost to Burton and won the next four on the spin to secure automatic promotion.
