    Do you live in St. Petersburg at the moment? I really should visit the city some time as I've heard a lot of good things about it and I'd love to see it again - the last time I was there it was still called Leningrad!

    by Russian standards Holrlivka is not that far from Moscow - an hour and a half flight, or a day and a half in a Lada!

    Yes, I am still in St Petersburg. You aren't very far away Tomi, and with the new Allegro train you can be here in under four hours from Helsinki. Provided it doesn't break down in the middle of nowhere in temperatures of -15 like it did last year!
