    At the final whistle

sitting in the West Stand, looking over to the delirium in the East Stand, and recollecting how my father had taken me to Oakwell, sat me on a crash barrier in the old Brewery Stand, and introduced me to a lifetime of support for the Reds. I looked around and saw Gordon Pallister, a player of that era with John Steele a player of earlier days and Manager during the depressing days of the 60s. And then it was mayhem with players clambering over the press box etc.
A day that will live will all those who were there, to their dying day.

spent the afternoon wishing I was at Oakwell. I only saw the Tarn v Brum match that season. It was at the back end of the prem season that I was able to go regularly, hardly missed a match since though!

Any of this available on DVD??

I have all the videos of the promotion season, the Bradford game and l taped every news clip feature onto a tape. Now all i have is a DVD player and was wondering if the club shop have and any of these on DVD or somewhere in town that will record my tapes onto DVD.

RE: The best one was that salute to how hungover John Hendrie was...

I was also sat on that fence, just along. Rumour went that the guy in the photo threatened to sue Sky for use of said photo without permission, money was allegedly offered to which the said fan said, "but I don't even have sky", sky promptly provided, he then said, "but I don't even have a TV!". Or so they say... :D
