    Me too but the inconsistency in sentencing in this country is unacceptable.

    To be fair I think the sentencing has been consistent, though no less galling, given it was manslaughter and not murder. Which to be fair from the programme i watched all involved in the case thought that was the right charge (ie they hadn't intended to kill the children). That said it wouldn't have upset me if they had been charged with murder, but there would have been too good a chance of them getting off. Better this than that.

    Manslaughter is particularly galling - they may not have intended to kill but when you burn a house down with six kids in it you run a very high risk of causing death so murder would have been more appropriate in my (non legal) opinion.

    I agree mate, but as I understand it you have to be able to prove that they intended to kill them. And the CPS would have to make that judgement or risk not getting a conviction. It's same with things like drink drivers who kill

    if ever there was a case for hanging to be brought back this is it,

    I have a friend who is a screw at wakey nick,she has contact with the likes of Bronson every day,there is some right hard b@stards in that place,proper hard,this ****** will get his just deserts make no mistake.Bronson in particular hates owt to do with beating women up and abusing kids.Pisspot or whatever they call him will get it in there,i'll bet everything I've got he'll be on suicide watch within a week,I hope somebody slits his fukin throat for what he's done.
