Mine will be worse than yours, I'm a bloke. I just know I'm not gonna die, so would rather just stick it out, although I'm all for non drug solutions.

I might get one of those packs though, I probably would have used it last night, it was a bad one.

My mate uses a method shown to him by a yoga teacher.

Gently pinch the bridge of your nose with your thumb and index finger. Then using your middle finger gently close your right nostril and breathe in through your left. Then use your middle finger to close your left nostril and breathe out through the right one. Repeat for five minutes.

Friend of the wife used to get bad migranes.

After trying all sorts of meds she went for acupuncture which did work after a few sessions.

I swear by them. I don't get migraines and haven't touched coffee for a couple of decades. But if your head is hurting take two of them. Always goes within 10-15 minutes they work that well for me. Good for minor aches and pains too in your bones and muscles.

    Of course it is.
    Silly me.
Bad one? They're all horrific. I think you're having "man headaches"
The migraines I have are basically near death experiences where I can't move let alone calculate the cost of a tablet.
